December 2, 2003:  This online version of Cole's survey has contained a long-standing transcription error, but it has now been corrected.

The error appeared in the section entitled "Measurement of the Base of the Pyramid," in which are values for the length of each side of the base in meters. Cole's measurement for the east side (230.391 meters) had previously been erroneously listed as 230.381 meters.
